SUBJECT: ADJUSTMENT 100,000 migrant workers in relation to the provisions of Law 102/2009

On behalf of the EUROPEAN IMMIGRANTS IN ITALY, salute you Mr. Prime Minister Minister, to ask

his personal interest as follows:

We would like to work with Italian state institutions to solve problems that affect 100,000 immigrants, and particularly, given the social significance of the phenomenon of the irregularity, groped to dissolve those relating to residence permits.

Seeking the cooperation of the institutions propose to distribute by the law 102 / 2009, and in particular Article. 1-b, which talked about "the emergence of the black economy."

regard to the thousands of regularization procedures that are waiting in police stations all over Italy, we believe that institutions should take note of the fact that the major responsibility to be found on the side of the employer business entrepreneurs, only to really take advantage of illegal labor, and not vice versa.

For this we are confident that the government may be responsive to our issues, not with a view of assistance, but rather pragmatic and practical: to promote the legalization of immigrant workers means the emergence of undeclared work and to fight tax evasion, goals always dear to quest'esecutivo.

Immigrants are a resource that can enrich both from Italy and economically and culturally, so we are confident that this government will not remain silent to the needs of thousands of foreign workers employed in sectors other than the treatment to person (domestic - Nanny) and so far, remained excluded from the opportunity to regularize their position.

For these reasons, we ask:

1. to take urgent action to solve the problem of more than 100,000 immigrant workers a year waiting to be finalized;

2. to have recourse to all legal instruments available, as in the past in the case of the circular 300 ^ C/2002/2472/P/12.222.8/1 DIV. of October 31, 2002, which extended the possibility of obtaining a residence permit pending employment to those who made a dispute with the employer;

3. to convene a meeting with the IMMIGRANTS IN ITALY (autonomous organization, independent), so you can open a table for discussion, focusing on collaboration and sharing, these issues are so important to both.
